    Loser? yep, it has been a big loser based upon irrational selling.

    Only ARQ a loser?

    Better check the price action in PSA. Storm season in the Gulf will mean a repeat of the bad season and impact on the SP.....

    The best is yet to come for ARQ and ARQ holders.

    Either they get a t/o or they hit oil/gas in CB.........
