You certainly can't discount a CR at any time and it won't be telegraphed, however if we take PE out of the equation we are left with a situation that with the low well costs any urgency is removed IMO and any decision on raising can be made when they have a clearer indication of what would be required going through to FID...no use raising any more than needed in a low share price environment.. -)
In the past FAR has had no trouble raising cash and quickly if required, there is no reason that should be any different...if the appraisal and explorarion of the two deeper plays finishes with this round of drilling then there maybe no more drilling untill further into next year and that would likely be in the shallow waters ...if they indeed proceed with that..so untill reserves base lending become an option we may not need large amounts of cash..
