If you wish to cast Votes you need a Proxy to vote for you unless you are attending the Meeting personally.
i.e. by nominating - as your Proxy - Curtis Abbott - to cast your 4 x For Votes - he will do so for you and many many other s/holders not attending the Meeting - because he has stated he is attending. You don't have to worry about using him either
- because if he gets run over by a bus - all the votes cast by every other BGS shareholder - who've nominated him as their Proxy - will then have their votes counted because the Meeting's Chairman becomes their Proxy in Curtis's place once it is established that he has not registered his attendance shortly before the Meeting begins.

If you lodge a Proxy Form - without inserting anyone's name as your Proxy - and "tick" the FOR box for each of the 4 Resolutions - by doing you are effectively issuing DIRECTIONS to the Chairman of the Meeting to vote for you. i.e. he/she becomes the person in lieu of your otherwise nominated Proxy - and under Corporation Law - must vote for you the way you have DIRECTED.

Lastly - if you have only voted so far for just those shares in your "tiny" account, and the "lion's share" of other shares you hold are registered in a name other than that of your "tiny" account - then yes, you need to vote separately - for the holder name of the "lion's share" - bearing in mind you need to do this online - preferably by the Close of Business tomorrow (Friday) to ensure that such votes are counted.
If on the other hand that "lion's share" holding is in the same name as your "tiny" account - then you don't have to vote again for the larger # of shares. You can confirm that votes have already been counted for this larger shareholding by accessing the "Investorvote" website - and going through the same process as you did when you voted for the "tiny" account holding.
