Secondly, you are correct, it is NOT that hard to get this license. I posted earlier a link you can follow, it is a single word document that you fill in, provide consent to get a criminal record and pay an application fee.

It is not a license to grow MM nor do they state the size of their permit or how many plants it will enable them to grow.

It definitely doesn't state that it is a commercial ready facility or justify the $12million extra market capital seen yesterday.

Weed is currently a hot sector and it will pop like most bubbles, trade the trade and keep asking those questions, don't fall in love with a stock unless they have a clear plan to commercialization.
