i wasn't the one that picked the MM company as i am a mere holder. it was the management team that made that choice. they couldn't seal the deal so they went of for a walk with the fairies. they should have stuck with MM, and found a different company to deal with. as shijian3 pointed out.
problem is this management team can't seal a deal, no matter who or what the industry is. they have proved this time and time again with all the other failures in the past few years. they also seem slightly paranoid from my correspondence with them.
