They may have only applied for $2M since it has to be matched spending, doesn't it? No point applying for $6M if they then have to do a CR to fund their half.
Now we just need some good news from the Klebb pilot.
And yes, the $24M is separate from the original grant and can be re-applied for. But if it's got the same caveats around matched spending then it's not much use STX applying for it unless they raise some capital.
