am happy to be corrected here, but I go the feeling from reading SXY and BPT ASX announcements, that the projects they applied for seemed to be of a lesser risk that the STX proposal?
both SXY and BPT were targeting conventional gas. are those 2P?
whereas STX is targeting Unconventional, and is still trying to prove commerciality.
so maybe, "IF" STX had applied for more than $2m, maybe that's a reason we may have only got $2m? but maybe that's all STX applied for?
Also, if/when STX applies for 2nd round funding, STX may have proved up commerciality, and then would have a stronger case to apply for a greater share??
