    Most small shareholders will have less tha 2,000 shares in Rinker Group and will get, on acceptance, A$19.50 a share.

    Other larger holders will get US$15.85 ( A$19.21 ) or what ever the exchange rate brings, and with so much US Dollar cash arriving on Aussies shores the position may well worsen.
