MMJ are not going to need a CR as they receive 2 mill in cash as part of deal with Harvest one plus extra cash in way of reimbursements. UG their Canadian growing entity have 13 mill, more than they were expecting to receive from Canadian share offer.
If there is to be a CR it will be in Canada on the TSX-V at some point for their next stage of expansions after the ones they are currently doing.
MMJ and UG are sitting in a fairly healthy financial position right now as far as I'concerned.
