Just a couple of points that I am sure I have made previously. Please be careful what you wish for.

    1. We need patience for the Vax side of the business to play out some more.

    2. The intention is to eventually split this business. (Power of 2 anyone?)

    3. Adapt is severely undervalued in our market cap right now.

    4. Immunotherapies with final HSV 2 results imminent and a potential partnership is severely undervalued at the moment.

    5. Knowledge of our collaboration partner identity is imminent and will add value.

    6. The market cap of our company has to better reflect the value of the company and its future earning potential before any split is wise or should be considered.

    7. Our share registery is not very strong and we are vulnerable to an opportunistic takeover.

    8. Anyone that wants a split now (IMHO) is simply being impatient.

    9. It is my personal opinion that within 12 months (I suspect less) of a split each company will be bought out and if we split too early they will be taken out too cheaply. I want to be the one to make a lot of money on this stock and not some other companies shareholders that come in and buy it from under our noses on the cheap.

I believe that it is our current complexity that masks our value temporarily and also provides some protection from a cheap takeover. Rest assured that this company will split but it will split when our CEO and board (who know a hell of a lot more than us) think it is the right time. As we would need two CEO's and we have only just got the "one" we want I would hazard a guess that any split may not be considered until after 20/20. This may well be a part of Wayne's master plan and final moves, who know's?

But please be careful what you wish for and try to be patient. Yes splitting makes absolute sense, just not right now. Even though some shareholders need instant gratification and want to see better results for the Adapt side of the business (minus the expenses of the Vax side)

And yes a split does not mean we will lose the upside of the VAX business, we would still retain that if that's what shareholders wanted to do (I.e. Keep shares from both businesss once allotted).

However, right now we can get the best of everything with a world class leader on the verge of setting the record straight. Time and patience is all we need right now. DYOR
