I know little of the case...but if it is true that he had multiple nics, then I think the intent is pretty clear.
I have long held the view that such behavior deserves what it gets!
Possibly unfortunate that he has been singled out given how many others use multiple nics...but I guess it might be a matter of the "whole package" here?
Multi-nics, acting (trading?) on inside information, disclosing confidential information...and one would assume, if in fact he was entrusted with the upkeep of the company web site, breach of confidentiality agreements with the company?
Probably best not to comment until a decision is made however.
I wonder how many on here with multi-nics and company contacts are reviewing their posting "activities" about now...including I hope a few of the brokers (or their lackies)...and indeed the media types?
