This is not new information...been know since it was set up...must be at least 10 years

I dont think there is anything unusual about this arrangement for ownership...in addition the ownership structure of the 10% by the government through National Investors and a private company is one of the few ways the government can do these type of things. Something like how Sydney Water etc is set up. private company arrangement where dividends are returned back to the Government as the largest shareholder...there ae many examples of this arrangement....
