Look on the bright side guys. Salary wise the BHP chaps would have been much better off where they were at BHP. But it is starting to look like it was these options that attracted them over. Maybe they envisage themselves becoming the first Molopo millionaires over the next months/years. It must have looked very attractive to entice 5 of them over.
