I still don't see the point in splitting the company but in any case we would have to meet the listing requirements to be able to proceed - see link below -

I don't think at this stage we meet the requirements and when we do get to that stage we may all have a different view on selling off a profitable part of the business.
The other issue of note is that we do not own 100% 0f Admedus Vaccines Pty. Ltd. The other shareholders may have an opinion on whats in their best interests. They include Uniquest Pty. Ltd.and Prof. Frzzer
