for anyone interested i've taken this from recent announcement.

Oroya has applied the whole of the proceeds of the sale of Salt Dam and Yalinga Bore
Projects to the acquisition of 600,000 fully paid shares in Uranium Australia Limited
(UAL), a subsidiary of Korab Resources Limited (Korab).

Korab has announced the intended listing of UAL on ASX.

imo 600k shares will not be worth a great deal.

i see a mention in a korab announcement of some 99 million ual shares involved in one transaction like that of oro's so whatever number of shares get issued in the float, oro's will be small fry. using kor's mkt cap i'd say oro possibilities are still very much uphill.

i like legs 'punting prospects' if in the mood to throw some cash at a hopeful. maybe oro's saviour. maybe not.
