Southoz I'm not to sure what you expect from a virgin territory orphan drug where the company and FDA doesn't have a yard stick to go off
They are trying to create that so I disagree and think that any average -awesome efficacy signal + excellent safety profile is definitely market worthy and is worth a lot of money
Couldn't agree more if it is a mainstream drug though
Good alternate theory though and gives us something to consider
This is why I like orphan drugs - normal rules don't apply and the heart can win over the head !
