But i just got off the phone with my credit card provider.
I rang regarding an expired card i acidently used.
So cut long story short i had both cards in my wallet and used wrong one.
Anyway at end of the call i gotcasked if i would like to take part in voice authentication.
Text from company after call was sent to my phone below.
Now can this have any link to BRN opinions welcome.
