Last I checked Kibaran isn't mining gold, copper, nickel (this was shelved a while back) or silver. Therefore no assurance is required.

Nor are MNS, STA or PEK mining gold, copper, nickel- however they've have all sort reassurance they won't be affected.
My question therefore was - has KNL sort similar reassurance.
