Hmm. I too am intrigued why Toulouse T.T. & Cerco R.C. would restrict themselves by making an exclusive licence to BRN. No matter what, it suggests an huge vote of confidence in BRN. Did BRN choose them or is it the other way 'round. Does the licence restrict BRN somehow? Either way I take comfort knowing the move must have involved the people with expertise in commercialising BRN who were recently employed.
