@strauss Haha really didn't think I'd be approaching you again so soon, but did you happen to notice CHP's shareholder meeting requisition (17/3) of RFN holders?
If I had to guess I'd say they want a bigger slice of D4 to back door something like VAMP or one of their other tech assets into given RFN is pretty much a shell now. Structure is becoming more and more complicated now. But certainly as we have both said in relation to CMY I don't trust management on their execution. But certainly interesting to watch, and there could be a trade in it... Surely they're all underwater something silly on CHP
