Just out of curiosity Oscar09 if you believe that to be true (ASX being all over ZYB) and there's no chance of it, why did the ASX allow todays announcement and determine it's price sensitive? I'm not trying to argue and don't want to derail this thread with bickering just not sure I understand your logic above so would appreciate anything else you can add to support that.
Disclosure: I certainly wouldn't be buying today's 'news' but I do own some existing shares.
