Really only reasserts that directors are not allowed to insider trade but a couple of rules added re proximity of sales to quarterly reports etc (maybe they weren’t really listening, maybe ASX is forcing everyone to do it – I dunno ?) But it’s a good start and helps towards maintaining integrity
