Not sure what their game plan is but they seem to be buying and selling at about the same price. Maybe they were hoping to scare a few retail holders into selling and getting the price to drop. Short term though, even without any media reform, I can't see how this can drop much below the current price.
I remain ever hopeful though - still waiting for that drop to 25 cents !
