I agree Alba.
I had written the takeover idea off thinking NMS were too small and not worth anything to Cal-dive, until they mentioned moving forward into our Arena and their difficulties... what better way to avoid those difficulties than to takeover a company like NMS is now, after their recent acquisitions.
Cal-dive know the real value of NMS. I'm a little worried we are going to get taken out before NMS can fatten itself up and fight back.
