DD, all very valid points, but for the sake of the S/P, any uncertainty needs to be categorically put to bed. I don't think, as yet, that has been done. The only way that can be achieved is for the the litigant to withdraw any complaint, and any future lawsuit. I think the market is waiting on that before factoring any positives into Mothae. GLTA.
