I'd like to think we're on the right track.......it would explain the lack of info. I agree about Citibank, I think they're the most likely customer. The use of the words global and group in the announcement and the fact they are carrying out a review all seems to point to them. If it is them lets hope that ITE annoyed some really wealthy competitors to win this contract.
