Going to meeting trying for an amicable solution is just part of the process, ticking the boxes.
If the other side dodges and weaves and basically stuffs you around you reschedule, many times if necessary.

If you then go to court and the knuckle, one of possibly many trump cards you have is that you turned up to mutually agreeded meetings and the other side didn't.
That's my experience in the 2 disputes I have personally been involved in.
I don't know if that would apply in a dispute of this nature, with companies like Far and that other mob.
Cath didn't really tell us much that we didn't suspect/know and in reality we're in the same position as last week.

Maybe this is just the aperitif to get the gastric juices flowing for the main course, hopefully, in the not to distant future.

Maybe your theory is closer to the truth, I will keep hold of my shares while I wait and if you're more correct than me on the PE saga I'll tip my hat to you and say well done champ.
