Even if you are the smallest you still can win - stressful for you, but still can win.
My former employer took me to court, alleging I was attempting to steal their clients.
I was just a young graduate with one year's experience and nearly broke, but I still won, after 3 years of course - that was a hellish time in my life.
Slater was my lawyer.
Oh, I should add, that was nearly 15 years ago.
Note, in all these things - there are deadlines to meet - there is NO SUCH thing as an indefinite freeze on PE without the consent of the other party.
