To bring this on, a SPP/underwritten RI may not be far away - or within 2-3 months the new team will have to bring something substantial to beat today's prices.
For me, it appears that all of the above is a given and the new types are now wondering what to do.
Hartleys has something like a double target - typical.
We got out today for a small profit and we'll watch.
