Everything "looks good".

However, mine will be held for a while longer...2/5/07 is a few weeks off.

I note that all holders have received a phone call, enquiring about the receipt of the bidders statement.That in itself, is a display by TMR of the keenness to acquire IBR.

The merger, in my opinion, is preventing BOTH stocks from going forward and once it is all settled, we can expect a significant revaluation of the "new" TMR.
