So the Panasonic PR person from the company used words that reflect an offtake but stated purchase agreement. Is that much different. It's all to do with the finer details of the purchase agreement/offtake that matters. Can you point out what part of the article I should be reading. I read it all tonight and I read it some weeks ago when you last posted it.
