Fair call re timing of TH and trading

On 26 10 06 they copped a flick on the n_ts from the asx due to a technical glitch - they countered the asx with not calling a trading halt due to 'failure of the asx electronics lodgement system to accept the company's attempts to log into the system to make an announcement prior to the commencement of trade' - ie they were "attempting" to provide an update.

From memory the incident was in relation to an announcment a couple of days earlier whereby the price bolted pre-ann

If history repeats then a bit more of a nibble may be warranted
