The numbers sounds about right.

Another supporting article from 2015.. of about $1.50 per brick.. but fair to assume labour charge has gone up since then.... along with recent boom

Only macro risk i can see in the horizon is that property market has been running hot for awhile.. potential for a small correction (not recession).. but correction
