If Albermarle were to acquire KDR how would the acquisition be structured? Obviously Albermarle would acquire all outstanding shares of KDR (assuming they acquire 100%), but where does that leave the shareholders of KDR? I understand they will end up holding shares in Albermarle instead of KDR, but how does this work with trading and the xfer of shares internationally etc...
