Shares have been issued under the Directors and Staff incentive plan.

It is unclear if they have been issued to directors or staff. If they are issued to directors, a change of directors notice will be lodged in the next few days.

Not enough shares have been issued to have any material impact on the free float.

The thing I took out of it was where it states about the 100 million unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.15 before 12/2/2018.

Being unlisted I can only assume they are held by directors.

This should give the directors 100 million reasons to relist, assuming they think the company is worth more than $0.15 per share.
