The thing I took out of it was where it states about the 100 million unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.15 before 12/2/2018.

Being unlisted I can only assume they are held by directors.

This should give the directors 100 million reasons to relist, assuming they think the company is worth more than $0.15 per share.

I have just been reading the latest Annual Report issued (1/4/16 announcement) and it shows those 100 million options are not issued to anyone at present.
Interestingly that annual report shows the exercise price of those options as $0.05 (as opposed to $0.15 in today Appendix 3B).

There were 665 shareholders in RRP as at 31/12/15.

New annual report should be released any day.
