I love seafood .....GLTA, ..... but in regard to IPO in oyster and abalone coys.....Having had some engagement with oyster producers and abalone divers it is strange (IMHO) for these entities to make the move to the asx. I have two major hesitations
1. Most are doing quiet well for their family empires and not open to any external influence or investment, if they are doing well why list on ASX...... this point I am 100% convinced in.
2. The ocean is a unknown that has and will throw unknowns at those who try to tame it..... be it weather conditions, water temp, government regs and disease or whatever is next.
Definatly do you research into previous sales of product..get it from the buyers, not the producers.
GLTA and sorry if a negative post....... but no hard earned $ of mine going any where near IPOs for these chaps.
