Let's get this straight:
8th March MtK/Fortress exercised 135,617,585 Warrants with an exercise price of $0.038 per Warrant.
Lynas received $5,153,468.23
MtK/F received 135,617,585 new ordinary shares
Tuesday 21st March there was a special cross of 110M ordinary shares @ 9c
Reasonably assumption MtK/F were the sellers, as I understand to a small group of institutional buyers.
Bond holders still retain < 39M 3.8c warrants & 100% of 5c warrants until further notice of exercise.
There is absolutely nothing in fact to support anything contrary, please don't descend into baseless conspiracy theory, waste of everybody's time.
