Misleading others about my posts is standard, I know.

Let me be clear: any dilution affects the profits to be shared later. Consolidations can be required were there are too many shares issued, which clearly reduces the upside to LT holders. My points are several and the are NOT the ones you are promoting as mine. The capacity to issue shares, when you do not have many shares on issue is a very nice situation to be in. Geddit? (No doubt a long lecture will follow from accountancy 101....followed by brokers 102).

The arguments you are running are not relevant to what I'm saying but it never seems to trouble you.
I have never made those claims. But I AM saying we can comfortably issue more shares, (taking into account the situation above) which is a very nice position to be in.

Show me a company with this colossal upside with so few shares on issue. You can't? Oh sorry!

Now tell me that LT shareholders would all be in the same position if a company has already got tons of shares on issue, and they issue huge amounts more. THAT's my point.
You are tremendously excited at the thought of jumping on my throat, the truth of what I'm saying is the first casualty.

The fact is that if a company is already heavily diluted it creates a problem with distribution of profits later. It reduces the upside and the value for LT investors because your sharing your profits among more shareholders.
We have the capacity to issue more shares. There is no way you can say we aren't in a good position on that. Lecturing us all is boring as heck.

That is one we certainly do not have.

Now take your bold and your colour and consider the colossal upside of MSB.
Are you going to do that?
    Of course not!
