So after reading that you completely missed the point! It's not about investing what you don't need. It's about investing and leaving it alone for 10+ years for real returns, not just 12mths which I get the impression for you is like an eternity. You can't go wrong with either company IMO whatever your breakdown (which no one needs to know by the way). All the best and IMO only.
