I've owned since $4, bought more today in early hours at $5.40, but sold the lot not long after. I got seriously burned on SGH and VOC, and I've seen disastrous results when these take overs occur. My biggest concern is taking on debt an lack of institutional backing. Retail offer at $5.95 won't work with a SP of 5.50, so tells me this will go real low. GL to the risk takers but my little pinky is saying avoid, I wanted to invest in industrials! The cleaning industry is unskilled and competitive any muppet can buy a Toyota hi ace and set up a cleaning business, however the skilled arena of the industrials is a different story.
Mistakes are made and I'll re-buy when these mistakes are written down, not while I'm holding. Although dropping $1.89 today did blow my holding out quite badly. Thanks to the management team that made this decision if I'd sold last week my family could've been in the Bahamas this week!
