    why would you vote against it for?
    share price has gone from 5 to 11 since the announcement and sure whilst alot of people are still down jpr need money and cash to get a decent project .

    we would all love cheap placement stock but if we can't supply a deal to the directors there is not much we can do. just be happy i guess we are getting back some of our money
