A lot of would be kids also be in at this stage. You're on the thread so you would have noticed the $1 and $20 calls already. They think it's going to the next FB or SC or whatever and I'm sure it gets passed from mate to mate and each one telling the other about how there's this stock that will make you rich. Similar to what IOT went through.

I wouldn't call myself experienced but I always find it's better to be patient. Someone will always give me my fill and if I miss out then at least I stuck to my strategy. I reckon its just someone who's a bit impatient and can't make up their mind on where to get filled.
