High risk/high reward proposition - the manager fee is 3% compared to the usual LIC manager fee of 0.75% (4 times) and the out-performance fee is 27%. Goes without saying, is worth it if performance is excellent but can quickly chew into the funds if there is a bad period. Of course, a bad period could make the 3% fee small potatoes compared to the overall loss.
