India has not ruled out the possibility of joining China, Japan, and Korea to jointly buy lng - as pert of efforts to extract better deals, Oil Minister Pradhan said recently.
The worlds largest lng buyers all in Asia seem to be clubbing together to secure more flexible supply contracts in a move which may shift power to importers from producers as oversupply grows.
