Yes it has been a week since the AVQ- ASX announcement on 20 March 2017 , ( you might refresh your memory to current facts ) and not listen to NON shareholders and their grandmother scare mungerling , it amazes me how many timse the NON shareholders cry.
May I suggest Yoga and release that anger.
As previous stated and in reference to the AVQ - ASX announcement,
Last week , AVQ has filed a contempt of court claim against Sumitomo with a hearing before the High Court on 20 March 2017 . There currently remains a High Court ordered injunction in place “preventing Sumitomo from interfering in any of Axiom’s lawful business interests”. This injunction was stamped with the Penal Code of Solomon Islands meaning any breach could potentially be a criminal offence.
So with a potential win here, this will no doubt be a susbstaintial material fact.
