You correctly mentioned that ADO is run by Diasource vendors, in effect, which allows the conclusion that a newly negotiated share issuance to Dia vendors might eventuate at a much discounted price to the original 15 cents/ share
at a minimum of 20% of the overall debt.
They might want to accumulate more than 20% at the lower price, simultaneously offering a premium to existing share price, let's say at 7 cents a share.
This would allow Dia vendors to have achieved a 50 % reduction in issuance costs to them and be responsible for a
quick share price recovery.
Best of both worlds.
One would argue that it plays into the hands of those now leading this company to ensure that leadership translates into voting power, hence register percentages, particularly since Dia is not listed.
If that indeed is the end game of those positioning and maneuvering the share price to current extreme lows, one would have to appreciate their tenacity.
It is a brutal way in placing ADO leadership at second and production facility at first within a company hierarchy.
From Jef's perspective though, IMO, the merged entity with access to our technology and patents paired with the widening global roll out of products within the Dia pipeline, represents a striking long term growth model, a model Jef and other Dia vendors naturally wish to capitalize on.
As mentioned in earlier posts, once positioning is concluded, this entity should undergo a massive and abrupt catch up event towards fair value.
After EO settlement, I would place the merged company at 200 to 250 mil market cap, allowing for a PE representing the growth numbers we have seen so far from Dia.
Add to all this the outlook with Cook, possibly multiplying revenues within the next 2 years, one could even aim higher.
Until then, most investors would either have bailed by now or, as in my case, taken the opposite approach and
taken advantage of the artificially low share price and position oneself accordingly.
