In China, civilian are not allowed to have guns, and young people are not going to serve the army. you cannot image a Chinese young student who came to US only half years ago can be so good at shooting. But things in S.Korea is different, young people have to spend several years to serve the army, then return to college. There they will be trained how to shoot.
