I have to that before I sold the first time I felt the exact same way. I felt like I was selling one of my children. In hindsight now I can see that I was emotionally attached to the stock and it kept me from making the hard decisions.
As for valuation. It's purely an opinion and everyone is going to come up differently. I've left hype/bubble/sensation out of my valuation and tried to base it on Canadian peers. But in reality the hype is real at the moment and this could go anywhere right now. I'm certain I've sold myself short but I also know it's easier to sell on the way up than it is on the way down.
I agree Phytotech Therapeutics is worth probably somewhere in the range you have stated and then you have the guaranteed figure of the HO stock which will no doubt appreciate dramatically.
For the life of me I can't understand AusCann’s valuation and it shows no sign of slowing down.
