Mate, there is no problem with the offers in India. The only problem I can see is that the offers were taken up too fast that some users who are slow are not seeing anything when they refresh their app. Most have mentioned in their review that they have earned hundreds of rupees. Remember that this is the first time most developers are using the platform, surely they will start with small campaigns to cater for a small pool of users as a start.

I have all the day-to-day screenshots to prove but it's just too much work for me to post them all here. Nothing can convince you if you keep telling your brain to think that there are no offers when in reality, there is no problem at all.
